RE License Prep

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Questions and Answers About Our Prep

If a question below touches a state rule, treat our answer as a description of our product only. Confirm the rule itself in the current candidate handbook published by the exam vendor your state contracts with.

This page answers questions about the product itself: what you are buying, what it costs, how long you keep it, and what it deliberately does not do.

Rules that belong to your licensing agency, such as fees, education hours, score thresholds and application steps, are not answered here. Those come from your state commission and its exam vendor, and they change.

What This Product Is

Start here if you are still working out where exam prep fits against the other things you have to buy.

Does buying this satisfy my pre-license education?

No, and nothing here should be presented to your commission as coursework. Pre-license education is delivered by providers your state has approved, and only those providers can certify completion. We are a practice and readiness tool you use after, or alongside, that coursework. Buying prep does not shorten, replace or substitute for a single required hour.

Will you file my license application for me?

No. Applications, fingerprinting, background disclosures and fee payments all run through your state agency and its designated vendors. We do not submit forms on your behalf, hold your paperwork, or communicate with any commission about you. What we do is get you ready to sit the exam that the application process eventually points you toward.

Do your questions come from the real exam?

Never. Every item in the banks is written for us from published outlines, statutes and commission rules. Live exam content is confidential, and material harvested from a testing room would be both unusable and a problem for whoever sat with it. Our items are built to test the same rules and calculations, not to reproduce anyone's wording.

Which tracks and jurisdictions do you cover?

All fifty states plus the District of Columbia, on the salesperson track and the broker track. Each jurisdiction gets its own state bank alongside the general material, because license law is written locally and generic national content will not carry a state portion.

Price, Access and Refunds

What does it cost?

Seventy-nine dollars, charged one time, for one state. There is no recurring charge, no renewal notice and no card on file waiting to bill you next month. If a second jurisdiction is on your plan later, that is a separate purchase at the same one-time price.

How soon can I start studying after paying?

Immediately. Checkout unlocks the full bank for your state in the same session. Nothing ships, nothing is mailed, and no account review sits between payment and your first question set.

What is the refund policy?

Thirty days, money back. If the product is not doing what you expected, ask inside that window and we return what you paid. You do not need to justify the request or prove how much of the bank you worked through.

Will I be billed again if I am still studying in three months?

No. One payment, one state. Candidates take very different amounts of time to get ready, and a clock that bills you for taking longer would punish exactly the people who need more repetitions.

Can I try anything before paying?

Yes. The diagnostic is free and requires no purchase. Sit it cold, read your result, and decide from evidence rather than from a sales page whether you have a gap worth paying to close.

The Diagnostic, PassMap and PassPulse Score

What is the diagnostic for?

It establishes a baseline before you study anything. You answer a spread of items across the content areas, cold, and the result shows which areas are already solid and which are not. Candidates are consistently wrong about their own weak areas, and a cold score is cheaper than finding out at a test center.

What does PassMap do?

PassMap is the study order. It takes your diagnostic result and your practice history and tells you what to work on next, so your session time goes to the areas costing you the most points instead of the areas you enjoy reviewing.

What does the PassPulse Score measure?

Readiness, tracked over time rather than in a single sitting. It moves with your recent practice results, which makes it useful for the question candidates actually care about: is this holding up, or was one good session a favorable draw?

Should I retake the diagnostic later?

Yes, and expect the second number to be more informative than the first. A baseline tells you where you started. A repeat under the same conditions tells you whether the work in between changed anything, which is the only evidence worth booking an exam date on.

What the One-Time Price Includes

Your PassMap™ study order, rebuilt as your results change rather than fixed at purchase.

Your PassPulse Score, tracked across sessions so progress is visible rather than assumed.

Unlimited practice sets and timed full-length attempts for as long as you are preparing, with no per-attempt charge.

Explanations on every item, including the reason a plausible wrong option is wrong, since that is usually where the point was lost.

Access on any device you sign in from, with your history following the account rather than the browser.
