This Privacy Policy explains how RE License Prep (operated by New Chapter Institute LLC) collects, uses, and protects information when you use relicenseprep.com (the "Site").

  • Study activity: lessons viewed, quiz and exam attempts, diagnostic results, progress data, completion dates, and certificate details where applicable.
  • Payment information: limited payment details from Stripe such as amount paid, last 4 digits of card, and status. Card numbers are processed by Stripe and are not stored on our servers.
  • Technical data: IP address, browser type, and basic usage data to help keep the Site secure and reliable.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

  • Provide access to courses and track your progress.
  • Generate and verify completion certificates.
  • Maintain internal records in case of audit or regulatory questions.
  • Communicate with you about account access, course updates, or support requests.

3. Google Sign-In (OAuth)

If you choose to sign in with Google, we receive basic profile information such as your name and email address from Google. We use this information only to create and authenticate your account on the Site. Your Google password is never shared with us.

4. Cookies

We use cookies to keep you signed in, remember your session, and help protect against unauthorized access. You can manage cookies in your browser settings, but disabling essential cookies may limit access to the Site.

5. Data Sharing & Disclosure

We do not sell your personal information. We may share limited data with:

You can update your name or email address in your account (when a profile page is available) or by using our contact form. If you request that we close your account, we may still retain records related to completed courses where required for audit or compliance reasons.
