Is every state actually in here?
Yes. All 50 states plus the District of Columbia have a page set, and both the salesperson and broker tracks are covered. Depth varies by state, because some boards publish far more detail than others, but no state is missing.
My state does not call it a salesperson license. Does that matter?
No. States use salesperson, sales associate and sales agent for the same entry-level license, and each state's pages use that state's own term. Pick the state and the wording follows. Broker terminology varies more, so confirm the exact license class you are applying for against your state's current candidate handbook.
