RE License Prep Terms of Use

New Chapter Institute LLC runs the course platform published as RE License Prep at relicenseprep.com (the "Site"). This page sets out the rules for using it (the "Terms"). Open an account, sign up for a course, or read any study material here, and these rules apply to you.

1. Who May Use the Site

We build this for adults working toward a real estate license exam, or using the prep tools that go with one. Licensing routes differ by state, by track, and by deadline. Deciding whether a given course, plan, or study set fits the route you are on is your call, not ours.

2. Your Login

Keep your credentials private. Anything done under your login counts as done by you. Handing the login to someone else, letting another person study under your name, or dressing up someone else's work as your own is off limits.

3. Progress Records

Your dashboard is the record: what you can open, how far you have gone, and what counts as finished all come from it. When you work through a lesson, diagnostic, drill set, or exam, RE License Prep logs that event using whatever the system holds at that moment. Checking that your name, your email, and the account details attached to your study path are correct is on you.

4. Accuracy and Your Own Rules

We work in good faith to keep study material and account records correct. Even so, the licensing, exam, and education requirements that govern your jurisdiction are yours to verify. Rules from regulators and testing bodies shift over time, and they do not land the same way on every candidate.

5. Who Owns the Material

Every lesson, video, practice question, exam, and other item on the Site belongs to New Chapter Institute LLC or to the partners who supply our content. It is licensed to you for one thing: working through a course yourself. Copying it, selling it on, or handing it around requires our written permission first.

6. This Is Education, Not Advice

Treat everything here as teaching material. None of it is legal, financial, or tax advice. When you need a statute, a regulation, or a testing policy applied to your own circumstances, take it to a qualified professional.

7. Limits on What We Owe You

So far as the law allows, neither RE License Prep nor New Chapter Institute LLC carries liability for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages that follow from your use of the Site. That includes anything tied to when you sit the exam, a licensing deadline you are chasing, or a rule change from a regulator.

8. Revisions

These Terms can change. Whenever they do, the "Last revised" date above moves with them. Keep using the Site once a revision is posted and you are agreeing to the version that is up.
