RE License Prep Refund & Access Terms

New Chapter Institute LLC operates RE License Prep as an on-demand digital prep service. Pay for a prep path and the study material, assessments, and account tools attached to it open for you right away.

1. Thirty days to change your mind

Each state prep carries a 30-day money-back guarantee. Decide within 30 days of the purchase date that it is not for you, for any reason, and the full price comes back to you. Write to us from the email on the account; there is no form to fill in and no reason to give.

2. What happens once you ask

• The money returns to the card or account you paid with, usually inside 5 to 10 business days after we confirm.
• The refunded prep closes at the moment the refund is sent.
• The guarantee covers each state prep once per customer; a prep refunded under it is not eligible to be bought again on the same terms.
• Requests that arrive after day 30 fall outside the guarantee; we look at those individually.

3. When something is broken

A technical fault that keeps you out of a prep you paid for is ours to fix, and we will restore your access. Nothing about that pauses or shortens the 30-day window.

4. Deadlines are yours to track

Exam dates, application windows and license deadlines are set by your state and are your responsibility to meet. After the 30-day window closes we do not refund because a deadline passed, a licensing status changed, or a rule changed.
